Hurricanes Alumni Selected to NAHL Top Prospect Team

Jeremy Finger was selected to play for Team Weight in the NAHL Top Prospect Tournament in December. Finger, who played for the Hurricanes the last two seasons is now suiting up for the Austin Bruins of the NAHL. Jeremy is an outstanding forward who knows how to score. He is believed to be the only player from Florida who will represent the NAHL at this showcase.

The North American Hockey League (NAHL) has announced the rosters for next month's Top Prospects Tournament, sponsored by SBK Hockey, which will be held from Dec. 5-7 at the Iorio Ice Arena in Walpole, Mass. At the event, four teams comprised of the NAHL's top committed and un-committed college players, including the seven NAHL players recognized on last month's NHL Central Scouting Bureau Players to Watch list for 2011 draft-eligibles, will play a three-game round robin.

Many NHL and College Scouts will be attending this showcase. The staff at the Hurricanes wish Jeremy the best of luck.
